با سرایت رقابت های مد و فشن به دنیای سگ ها، اکثر سگ های شرقی به شکل کره یا مکعب به نظر می رسند. هدف از این رقابت پیدا کردن طرفداران بیشتر در توئیتر و فیس بوک است.

به گزارش پایگاه خبری”شاهین نا” این مد که از تایوان ریشه پیدا کرد اکنون سراسر آسیای شرقی را فرا گرفته است.

Hairdresser Tain Yeh, 42, who runs a parlour in the Taiwanese capital Taipei said: "I am aware of the trend although we don't have much request for it here because it's very difficult to keep the shape. It came about because people were always looking for more impressive haircuts, and somebody came up with the idea of shaping the dog like a hedge." Pictures of the dogs with their shapely haircuts proved extremely popular on social media platforms prompting ever more people to sign up for grooming and to get shaped dogs of their own. Proud pet owners have realised that having their beloved pet looking groomed and tidy will mean a lot more likes, and a lot more shares, than a messy pet. Tain said: "The dogs don't mind, and the owners keep coming back for more. This sort of haircut needs a lot more maintenance then the regular type. It is also not suitable for all breeds. The dog needs to have plenty of hair to play around with so that you can shape it around the face and body." (ends)  

آرایشگران که با دریافت 25 پوند در طی دو ساعت موهای سگ ها را به شکل کره و یا مکعب کوتاه می کنند،اکنون وقت سر خاراندن هم ندارند.
صاحبان این سگ ها اعتراف کردند که هدفشان از این کار افزایش طرفداران سگ هایشان در دنیای مجازی مثل فیسبوک و توئیتر است.
